Documentation
QuoteXelerator turns an Atlassian partner quote into priced line items on a HubSpot deal. These pages explain how each part works and how to set it up.
Setting up for the first time? Start with the setup guide. It takes you from installing the app to line items on a real deal.
How a quote reaches your deal
- Import. You connect your Atlassian account with an API token. Your team picks a quote from inside the deal.
- Apply a recipe. The recipe sets the discount you pass on, the currency handling and your margin strategy.
- Review. The card shows every line item, the exchange rate and your margin before anything is written. If the customer needs a different price, a representative requests a target price for an owner or manager to approve.
- Create. QuoteXelerator writes the line items to the HubSpot deal. Your usual quote template picks them up from there.
