Billing and your subscription

Your free trial

Every HubSpot account can use one trial, with all features unlocked.
You start it yourself in the QuoteXelerator settings with Start Free Trial. The person who starts it becomes the QuoteXelerator owner.
No payment details are needed for the trial.
When the trial ends, QuoteXelerator keeps running for a 14 day grace period, so your work isn't interrupted while you complete the purchase. After that it stops until a plan is active. Your recipes, settings and history stay in place.

Buy a plan

Plans are bought on quotexelerator.com/billing. The page opens ready to buy for your HubSpot account when you arrive through one of these links:

In HubSpot, open the QuoteXelerator settings, go to Subscription and follow the link under Plans and billing. The QuoteXelerator owner sees this link.
The Choose your plan link in the emails we send before your trial ends.
On quotexelerator.com/billing, enter the email address of the QuoteXelerator owner. We email a link to that address.

A link works for 7 days. It shows your plan and opens the payment page, nothing more, so you can forward it to a colleague in finance who pays.

Choose the annual plan, or the founding offer until 31 December 2026. The page shows the price and when the first payment is due.
Enter the card, company name, address and VAT ID on Stripe's secure payment page. Your card details never reach our servers.
After paying, Stripe takes you back to the QuoteXelerator settings in HubSpot, and the full Standard plan is switched on within seconds.

Buying during your trial: your account switches to Standard straight away, so you get more recipes and users for the rest of your trial at no cost. Your paid period starts on your trial end date, and that is when the first payment is taken. Your first year runs from that date. Buying is a commitment to that first year.

Buying in the grace period: you pay now for the rest of the year that began on your trial end date, so the year still ends one year after the trial.

Renewal: the annual plan renews automatically each year until you cancel it.

Founding offer (until 31 December 2026)

A one time payment for 2 or 3 years, at a major discount.
The price stays the same for the whole term, and every feature update is included.
Your term starts when your trial ends, so buying early doesn't cost you trial days. The payment itself is taken at purchase. The invoice names the exact service period.
One founding purchase per account.
The offer is available until 31 December 2026, 23:59 (Berlin time).
When your founding term ends, your subscription continues as the regular annual plan at the current price, with a 5% founding discount for life. If you don't want that, write to us any time before the term ends.

Manage your subscription

Card, invoices, billing address, VAT ID and cancellation are on Stripe. There are two ways in:

In our billing emails, Manage your subscription takes you straight to your account's billing, no sign-in needed. The button works for 7 days, so only forward these emails to people who may manage billing.
Anytime: on quotexelerator.com/billing, choose Open billing on Stripe and enter your billing email. Stripe emails you a sign-in link, there is no password. Anyone with access to the billing email can do this, for example your finance team.

Invoices and VAT

Stripe emails you a receipt after every payment. Every invoice is also on Stripe's billing page.
Invoices show your company name, address and VAT ID.
Companies in the EU outside Germany with a valid VAT ID are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).

If a payment fails

If a payment fails, QuoteXelerator keeps working for 14 days. Stripe retries the card during that time and emails you a link to update it. If nothing is paid after 14 days, the subscription ends and QuoteXelerator stops. You can buy a plan again on quotexelerator.com/billing.

Cancel

Cancel on Stripe's billing page. Cancelling stops the renewal.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you committed to. If you cancel before your first payment, that is the end of your first paid year, and the first payment is still taken.
Until that first payment, Stripe's billing page keeps showing the payment date as the next billing date and still offers to cancel. Your cancellation is recorded all the same; the confirmation email names the end date.
Changed your mind? Renew the subscription on Stripe's billing page before the period ends.

Who manages billing

Each account has exactly one QuoteXelerator owner, who receives the links to buy. To hand over ownership, the owner transfers it in the QuoteXelerator settings in HubSpot. If the owner has left your company, choose Request ownership in the QuoteXelerator settings and we'll help.

Uninstalling the app

You can uninstall QuoteXelerator from HubSpot at any time.
Uninstalling does not end your subscription and does not delete your data. We send you an email explaining this. Cancel on Stripe's billing page if you want to stop paying.
If you reinstall, everything is where you left it. A reinstall never starts a second trial.

Your data

To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, write to contact@quotexelerator.com.
Invoices and payment records are kept for 10 years because German law requires it.
